We have had Near Normal conditions this week with 0.25" of precipitation falling over 3 days as rain and a trace of snow. Temperatures this week roller-coasted back and forth between below and above seasonal average with daily highs ranging between 43F and 75F. Daffodils, hyacinths, forsythia bushes, magnolia trees, some fruit trees and a few tulips are blooming. The grass is green and growing slowly along with a lot of lawn moss, and some lawn weeds are starting to bloom including some dandelions. Some trees and bushes are in early leaf stage, but it is striking how few trees have leafed out yet (probably due to the frequent frosty nights that we've had this month).
