 My snow boards were 1.25 inches thick. My Guage was 7.25 for average of 3 boards. The wind blew so the snow was level across the ground so the snow could have been 8.5 inches. I got up to 9 inches when just sticking the rule in the snow. All was snow, no sleet or rain. The report would not let me submit a report without an amount in the tube Guage so I put the same amount in the Guage observation as the snow melt.
