 Water level in Dark Branch is at +4". There's a layer of ice near the banks where it's shallow. It's been several years since the creek was completely frozen over. Excellent conditions for snow angels and not too dry for snow bunnies or snowmen -- with effort/if you compact the snow long enough/hard enough. ;-)
